With a yogic background, I naturally integrate yoga, breathwork, and meditation into our sessions to help you connect with your inner self and create balance in both your mind and body. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I deeply understand the complexities of trauma and its impact on your thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Together, we’ll approach these layers with care, compassion, and proven techniques to support your healing and growth.
My intuitive approach allows me to reflect back insights and patterns that you may not immediately see, helping you to understand yourself on a deeper level. This means our sessions are focused —often leading to significant shifts within 3-6 sessions.
