Somatic Pelvic Care for Women

This work is truly my most precious heartfelt offering, because its Field of Transformational Healing Power is so large and the shifts I witness in women who enter this Journey is profound. We not only work and listen to the physical needs of your pelvis—those calling for healing and support—but also to the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of your pelvic bowl, your womb and ovaries, and the sacred bridge to your heart space. â€‹And so this work will subtly, but securely, weave together the body, mind, emotions, and spirit to create deep and lasting shifts.

Somatic Pelvic Care  can help those whom experience any kind of pelvic discomfort or pain (I see often women whom have seen many Dr's and nothing is helping), experience heavy PMS/irregular periods, and/or if  you are moving through trauma, grief, and/or have a feeling of disconnect with your Pelvic Bowl. This work also supports you if you're going through major life transitions such as birth (post partum pain or scar tissue), loss, and menopause. And for those  longing to come Home into their beautiful bodies, learn to re-establish healthy boundaries, and/or have the desire to feel a deeper sense of Self and step into your Power.

With over 35 years of experience in healing and bodywork, I create a strong yet gentle space in our sessions—supporting transformation across multiple layers and reaching the deeper parts of yourself that are calling for care.

As many of us know, while the body may show symptoms that draw our attention, the root cause often lies much deeper. This work helps you unravel those layers in the most gentle and effective way

And so I warmly welcome you to experience this deeply transformative journey.

The Beauty of this work:

How we work with Informed Consent and Embodied Consent:

Experience  how "Informed and Embodied Consent" sets the foundation for your healing. Through continuous communication and touch, you'll always know the next steps and have the power to decide.

For example, I might say, "I could place my hands on your tummy next. Would you like me to do this?" This step ensures you are fully informed and allows you to decide. Once you say "Yes" (or no), I'll ask, "Let me know when you're ready for this touch", this is the embodied part, and so fostering a deep body connection and giving you full informed and embodied control over the process. My clients find this process incredibly empowering, and your body really responds to this kind of Touch.

How it is different from regular pelvic floor physical therapy:

While pelvic floor physical therapy is often experienced as clinical and focused on strengthening or releasing muscles using manual techniques and exercises, my approach also adds the holistic and integrative aspects.

This work offers a gentle and complementary approach to bodywork, focusing on restoring health and natural balance in the pelvis. Our specialized techniques enhance cellular flow in the pelvic area, improving pelvic muscle health, strength, and overall vitality. And as said above, it adds many many other layers as well so we get to work with ALL of you, and not just a part.
