Intake prior to Somatic Pelvic Care Sessions $59
We always have an intake before your first Somatic Pelvic Care session to review any specific concerns or wishes you may have. This is a thorough process for both of us, so please set aside some time for yourself to complete it. I’ll need it returned at least 24 hours before our appointment, so I can review your history, and understand your body, concerns, and goals, and so make a healing plan for you.
Somatic Pelvic Care
$249 (2 hr sessions)
Here you can schedule your Pelvic Care session. Most women have at least 3 sessions with me, but you can also book one at a time. All sessions are scheduled at least 3-4 weeks apart, so you and your body have time to integrate. Please try to have some quiet time after our sessions. As these sessions go deep <3

After your intake session, you have a few options! You can book three follow-up sessions right away, start with a single session and upgrade to a three-session package later, or simply book three additional sessions whenever you'd like. The choice is yours!

Clarity Consult
90 min ~ $175
Schedule your Clarity Session with practical tips, and a guided plan to tackle your pelvic health (and other) issues in a holistic, safe and practical way.
There are weekly and weekend slots available for online consults.
If you do chose to continue with somatic pelvic care after this consult, the intake fee for somatic pelvic care will be waived for you.

Weekly In Person Apt in Office every 1st and 3rd Thu of the month: 10:00 - 1:00 pm
Weekly Daily In Person Apt at my Home Office: 10:00 - 3:00 pm
Weekly Online Apt: 10:00 - 3:00 pm | Weekend online appt available upon request
PARKING:
Easiest entry is via the back parking lot, where you also have free Parking.
Then take elevator to 2nd floor, turn left, then enter office Mental Wellness Montclair,
and the healing room is the last room on the right.
