Intake prior to IPT Session
$79 (1-1.5 hr|)
We always do an intake prior to an IPT session to go over any specific issues you may have and to get to know each other so you can feel I am the right fit for you for this intimate Journey together.
Integral Pelvic Therapy (IPT)
Session $249 (2 hour sessions)
Here you can schedule your IPT session. Most women have at least 3 sessions with me, but you can also book one at a time. They are scheduled at least 3-4 weeks apart so you and your body have time to integrate.
3 IPT Sessions:
$675
After your intake session, you have a few options! You can book three follow-up sessions right away, start with a single session and upgrade to a three-session package later, or simply book three additional sessions whenever you'd like. The choice is yours!

This 8 Week Coaching Program provides holistic (and scientifically based) methods and solutions for individuals seeking meaningful, guidance during this transformative journey. We will be able to address your most pressing issues, go over any bloodwork results if need be, vitamin panels, hormonal symptoms, sleep patterns, emotional health, and your pelvic and sexual health as well.
Extra 1:1 Sessions
(AFTER our 8 weeks Journey)
These 1 hour sessions are available if we've gone through our 8 Weeks Menopause Package prior, and are meant for those that want more guided support and feel they want to dive even deeper. We can meet weekly or bi-weekly. These sessions are also great for those that want to feel assisted in staying committed and focused. We can meet for any issue you want to dive deeper with.

Discounted pricing is available for Single Mothers, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA2S+.
Sliding Scale discounts available up to 30% off any Session or Packages.
Payment is in cash or check to accommodate specific discount requests.
